Dancing, Singing, and The Harmonica!

This is a video from our trip to Cali. I couldn't email it so I'm posting for all to see. The kids are singing and dancing to our favorite CD, The Backyardigans while Evan is practicing his cool stylings on the harmonica! It's pretty funny, enjoy! And in the words of Haleigh, Let It Rain!

Gingerbread Houses

Grandma brought over a gingerbread house and train for Evan and Haleigh. They thought it was soooo much fun! Evan refused to let Jarom eat it after, he was too proud of his masterpiece :)

Thanksgiving Part Two!

This first picture says it all! We were tired! And for good reason! Evan and Haleigh LOVED seeing their cousins and spending time with all of our family. This pic was taken after a couple of days of not seeing each other :) Aren't they sweet? I showed Haleigh the next day and said, Look Evan was sleeping on your pillow. She said, Oh, I know, I told him he could come sleep by me :)
This is a shout out to Aunt Heaver as Evan says :) He's still talking about that tower! Thanks for letting us stay at Hotel Rego! The accommodations were superb!

Hanging out at Brad and Jeannie's house.

Evan rockin' the bling, 3 watches! And Steve rockin' the bling bling! He's so good with the kids, he lets them do whatever they want to him :) I don't know who was more tired at the end of the night, the kids or Uncle Steve!

Sweet little baby Lacey as Evan calls her, what a little angel!

I barely squeaked this picture out of Uncle Greg. Haleigh and Evan think he's just hilarious!
Uncle Adam giving the most awesome wagon rides. He kept telling Evan to put his hands up!
Evan had the best time at Grammy Connie's for Thanksgiving. Here's him and cousin Grayson showing off their cooking skills.
Hanging out at the zoo with Jarom's family. Evan loved seeing his Grandma Sheri. I had the camera with me all day and somehow these are the only pictures I got! I'm so mad! The cold weather makes me do crazy things, makes me forgetful!

The cousins at the fish hatchery. You can pay a nickel and buy fish food. All the kids had their cups and were feeding the salmon. Such a neat little place, they loved feeding all the fish.

Probably the highlight of Evan's trip was going to the Fire Station. We got to hang out with Connie and the firemen for a while. The kids even got to watch the firemen go out on a real call. Aren't they cute in their fire hats?

We had such a fun trip! Thanks to everyone for letting us crash in on life. I always feel like we turn everyone's lives upside down for a week, but they keep letting us come! It's always fun to see everyone and now that Evan is getting older I feel it is so important to maintain those family bonds with the next generation. Sorry to those we didn't get to see, our trips are becoming more about the kids and less about us! Love to you all!

Thanksgiving Part One!

I finally had a minute to post some pics from our trip thanks to Chaundra for taking the kids for the evening :) Of course I have too many to post right now so I'm going to have to split this up. I couldn't figure out why I've been so tired this week and having a hard time recovering from this trip until I looked at the pictures! We were go go go all the time! The first few days of our trip was in Hanford with Jarom's family. Of course my pictures our backwards again so hopefully this makes sense! We had a lot of fun! We hung out the first night, Evan and Haleigh LOVE Lacey! Poor Lacey didn't get left alone that night :) I think she liked it! The next day the guys went golfing and us girls were supposed to go see New Moon. That didn't work out so we took the kids bowling after golf. They had a great time! Haleigh and Evan had their own lane with the bumpers up and Haleigh was so excited that she kept winning Evan and of course had to keep checking the score! He got close a couple of times and made Haleigh nervous! I also took 2nd place, behind Jarom of course. He's just so darn good at everything! My favorite part of the trip was playing Twister. It was just so funny watching Evan trying to copy us, and then Haleigh throwing the smack down and challenging everyone! She didn't think it was funny when Richard sat on her :) After Evan had done his share he wanted to be all time spinner with Grandma and Grandpa. We had so much fun! More to come later! Part two, in Sactown!

This was Evan's post between turns :) He loved watching the ball return. Such a boy, trying to figure out the function of everything :)

Family Pictures

Our good friend Diana just did our family pictures. I just can't thank her enough for how great they turned out! We haven't had family pictures taken since Evan was 8 months old! And he's 2 1/2 now! I can't wait to put them up in our house! Thanks again Diana! I can give out her info if anybody is looking for someone to take pictures! Sorry I posted so many, it was hard to stop! I'm convinced I have the cutest kid on the planet :)
